Terms of Use

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Twory account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may only have one account.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of all content (photos, videos, text, voice notes) you create in Twory. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to you and your paired partner.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

3. Partner Pairing

Twory is designed for couples. When you pair with a partner, they will have access to shared memories. You can unpair at any time through the app settings. Unpairing does not automatically delete shared memories.

4. Premium Subscription

Twory offers a Premium subscription at $3.99/week or $44.99/year. When one partner subscribes, both partners receive Premium benefits. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes affect their subscription.

5. AI Features

The AI Relationship Assistant provides suggestions and content for entertainment and inspiration purposes. AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer or modify the app, use the app for spam or commercial purposes, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the app's operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Twory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the app. We recommend keeping backups of important content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting dev@merteroglu.com.tr.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
