1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create a Twory account, we collect your email address, display name, and profile photo. You may also sign in via Google or Apple, in which case we receive basic profile information from those services.

User Content: We store the memories, photos, videos, voice notes, and text content you create within the app. This content is stored securely on our servers powered by Supabase.

Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect location data to enable the Memory Map feature. Location data is only collected when you choose to tag a memory with a location. You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app experience, including feature usage patterns and app performance metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Twory service, including storing and displaying your memories, enabling partner pairing, powering the AI Relationship Assistant feature, sending "On This Day" notifications, and generating your annual Wrapped summary.

3. AI Features

Twory includes an AI Relationship Assistant that can suggest date ideas, help compose anniversary messages, and provide relationship insights. This feature processes some of your data (such as memory dates and categories) to provide personalized suggestions. AI processing is performed securely and your personal content is not used to train AI models.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Photos and videos are stored in secure cloud storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and database), Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In (authentication), cloud storage providers (media storage), and analytics services (anonymous usage data).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your memories are only shared with your paired partner within the app. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

7. Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time through the app settings. You can request complete account deletion by contacting us at dev@merteroglu.com.tr.

8. Children's Privacy

Twory is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or via email.
