Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Twory account, you can do so directly from the app or by following the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

From the Twory app:

  1. Open the Twory app
  2. Go to Settings (bottom tab)
  3. Scroll down to the Account section
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
  • All your memories, photos, videos, and audio
  • Game sessions and scores
  • AI conversation history
  • Couple pairing data
  • Push notification tokens
  • Subscription data (your subscription will be cancelled)

Important Notes

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Your partner will be notified that the couple has been unpaired.
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
